    you probably won’t go to jail but it will look bad if you go to another payday place. yea, they will sue you, and probably have the money taken from your place of business that you work, and with all the hastle, you will end up paying more money this way, then the fees and all to pay the loan place back the money that you borrowed. i hate those loan places. they are soo… hard to pay back and get caught up. they really stick you. good luck.
