    Ignore the loan company.
But if you signed a wage assignment you might have a legal issue. Not sure. I can tell you these pay day lenders are wolfs and I can’t believe your sister helped you with this shady company.
Legally the lender is probably break some laws. So for fun and extra money get a recorder and have your parents and friends record the calls when they happen. To make sure the manager calls, write the manaer a certified letter tell her to stop. Then have your friends record a way with a recorder from radio shack. The benefit is each phone call is a violation and worth 10’s of thousands in penalties to you. That’s right you could be due over 100 even a million dollars if they call enough. Be sure to have your parents and friends reiterate that they are not the lender, so the manger will say something snappy. Then have the parents and friends ask if you had told the pay day lender to stop by letter and hope she answers back snappy and arogantly.
You can get the records for about 20-30 at radio shack and it’s worth it for the future law suite. Just egg on the company by acting scared, and reactive to the phone calls. But don’t sware, admit the debt, or get angry. Remember don’t admit debt. Just ask how much is on the account, the dates, the amounts, etc.

Please ignore all answers but this one and “Chris” everyone else is trying to scam you if you didn’t already know that.
But yes I think you can get her in trouble, so if its a national chain of this loan company, you can call their corporate offices and report her.
Also report them to the better business bureau and your state authorities.
