HAS ANYONE EVER HEARD OF EARLY FINANCIAL OR EARLY PAYDAY ADVANCE? I TOOK A LOAN WITH THEM, IM SORRY I DID.?
Apparently, since I touched my checking statement they haven’t been healthy to intend payments, so instead of contacting me, they got a processor and she titled me today and expressed that she has filed with the courts and sheriffs division and I module be inactive and reserved for checking fraud. What I dont’ intend is ground didn’t anyone call me. I totally forgot most these people. The terminal commercialism they took was 8/19/06 and well, it’s been month. Has anyone had a problems same this. Am I going to jail. I am so scared.
You need to go back to the Payday Loan place and pay them A.S.A.P.Just told them you forget about the Loan.If you unable to make payment,contact the credit counselor in your area.Good Luck

I doubt very much that the processor filed any such charges. Probably what is filed is a summons to appear in Small Claims Court. You should contact the company to explain what happened, give them their payment(s) and the court thing will probably be dropped although you may be charged additional legal expenses.
They’ll usually try to scare you. Go immediately and pay the money back. At least youve done your part

I find it hard to believe that you “forgot” that you owed this place money .. unless of course you owe so many people/places money that you’ve lost track of them all. Did you perhaps think by changing bank accounts, you could ‘lose’ this company that you owe money to, and they wouldn’t be able to find you?
Passing bad checks is a FELONY in some states and yes you could be arrested and taken to jail.
I would definitely contact the Payday loan people and a LAWYER ASAP…………
while you’re at it, talk to the lawyer about a Bankruptcy .. because if you are using a Payday loans place, it must mean you are in extreme debt and can’t keep up with your bills.

yikes! They are bullies! Plus the interest they charge is a killer. When you go to court have the money you owe in full and offer this. Also they should have contacted you. Explain all this to the judge and I’m sure it will all work out fine…best of luck
Pay thses people off as fast as you can and don’t do business with any payday loan place again. They are parasites and you will constantly be in debt to them. Take an extra job for awhile if you have to just to get rid of this debt. People have gone to jail for less so you had better take care of this.
